FRIDAY NIGHT WELCOME PARTY & TEAM CHECK-IN
Celebrate the return of LeiOut on Friday, Jan 13th @ SOCIAL!

  • TIME: 6:30pm-12:30am
  • THEME: LeiOut Past & Future – wear your favorite swag from years past, or give us a sneak peak into the future of (frisbee) fashion

No matter what, check in with our staff at the door; we love reconnecting with and meeting our LeiOut community. If you’re a team captain or team proxy then we’ll hand you your team packet including event wristbands, drink tickets, and any pre-purchased parking passes
SATURDAY PARTY
THEME: Anything & everything neon!

WHERE/WHEN/HOW: Right after games end (~4:00PM for most teams), please collect your things quickly (and/or move your car closer) as there will be a procession toward the Main HQ / Party Tent and beer garden
  • The main party entrance is next to the Spin merch tent, you will show your event wristband & your ID to receive your event stamp
    • If you have already had your ID verified, you can use one of the fast lane entrances by showing staff your wristband & event stamp
  • DJ Steve and Emcee Misty Violet will be keeping us moving until 8:45pm
  • Games, an Ultiphotos photo booth, heat lamps, and other happenings will entertain and warm you throughout the tent & garden
  • The bar will be open from 11:00am until 8:30pm (& 11:00am-5:00pm on Sunday)
    • Beer, hard seltzers, and soju cocktails sold inside, as well as personal pizzas
    • Drink tickets are good for any drink offered
  • All participants MUST be off the beach AND leave the park by 9:30PM; no parking over night; last shuttles leave at 9:05pm

WRISTBANDS, DRINK TICKETS, PARKING PASSES, & STAMPS
All participants will need an official event wristband to be hanging around the fields, bathrooms, and HQ tents.

  • Team captains or team proxies will pick up all team wristbands on Friday night at the welcome party or Saturday morning before the first round to distribute to players prior to playing.
  • Lost wristbands can be replaced for $10 at the Main HQ tent

Team captains or team proxies will also pick up and distribute drink tickets and parking passes.

  • Talk to your captain about paying in advance for a two-day parking pass and avoiding long lines to pay park attendants each morning. Pre-paid parking pass holders will be directed to one entrance where there will be a pre-paid lane.

In order to enter the party portion of the HQ tent and beer garden, participants must show their official event wristband and stamp to event staff. To receive the event stamp, you can show your ID to staff at the Friday night welcome party, at any of the HQs, or by waiting in the main entrance line next to Spin’s merch tent.

  • Above all, we’re a fun and loving community; please look out for one another. If someone needs medical attention please find one of our athletic trainers or a lifeguard; if serious medical help is needed please call 9-1-1.
  • We’ve just passed a string of national holidays; please consider testing for COVID before traveling; and if you feel even slightly ill, please consider staying home.
  • Don’t drink and drive. Just don’t.
