Over the coming month we'll be revealing some of the fun and practical changes we've made to the good ship LeiOut. Rest assured the good vibes will shiver ye timbers; and the 4v4 mixed competition will be stronger than an old salt's rum. It is our constant goal to make LeiOut the best beach ultimate tournament and party the seven seas have ever seen, so stay tuned!

LeiOut will be January 18 & 19, 2025 on the beautiful Huntington State Beach.

Stay tuned, but make sure to get here as early as you can for Friday night camaraderie; and stay through Sunday night debauchery.

Format

• All divisions play 4v4 mixed using a 2:2 gender-match ratio
• Games to 13; hard cap at 50 minutes
• 6-7 games guaranteed

An update on LeiOut's commitment to growing youth Ultimate in Los Angeles:

First, we are super proud of LA Sky, SCYU's second ever U20 Youth Club Championship team (the first Mixed team!), for playing their hearts out in Denver a few weeks ago. Perhaps most impressively, SCYU has run summer programs at multiple LA Parks; and their coaches led afterschool ultimate sessions at four charter middle schools this year with an agreement to continue for the 2024-2025 school year. Finally, SCYU is finally hiring their first Operations Director who will start October 1st, 2024 (learn more and apply here). SCYU & LAOUT continue to increase programming thanks in part to the success of LeiOut year after year. Thank you!
