ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SIGNING UP
For individuals, registration is pretty simple:
- Create an Ultimate Central account
- Click “Register Yourself”
- Click “As an individual”
- Enter your information, fill out forms and waivers, add the Party Pass if desired, and pay
- Our guts crew will assign you a team in January!
Please note:
- Nobody will be given an event wristband (needed to play & get into the beer garden & party) without finishing their entire registration process (forms, waivers, payment)
- We recommend picking up your event wristband the night before the tournament at our Check-In party
To sign up:
- Create an Ultimate Central account
- Click “Register a Team”
- Click “Start registering”
- Create your team and enter a password if you’d like. Make sure to remember your password as other teammates may need this in order to finish their registration.
- Add people to your “roster” by clicking “+Invite New Person”. You’ll need to know their First, Last, & email address. Upon completion of team registration, all of your teammates will receive an email inviting them to complete their registration (forms, waivers, and paying for any add-ons they may want).
- Enter the rest of the information, fill out forms and waivers, and pay.
- As a team captain / admin, you will pay for the first 3 participants; additional participants may join or be invited to the team at the discounted price but will need to pay themselves (unless the team admin adds them to the roster and opts to pay for them as well during registration).
Please note:

Spectators need to register too!
The LeiOut team puts a lot of time and energy into making this beloved event fun and magical for everyone, whether they’re playing or not. Both for liability reasons and to enjoy all of the amenities that we provide (bathrooms, water, masseuse, DJ, parties, etc), we require all of your spectator friends and loved ones to be registered.
This includes friends, family, significant others, spouses, etc who want to come out and support. They are welcome to float around the event either day, or just come to the finish line and celebrate. Spectators can be signed up as an individual (or you can add them as an additional registration tied to you). No one is allowed in the showcase field / finish line & beer garden area or given participant discounts at local venues without registering. Wristband can be picked up at the Friday night Check-In party or at LeiOut HQ on Saturday.
